Organisational design

A new Water Services Regulator (Taumata Arowai) was being established to administer and enforce the new drinking water regulatory system, while contributing to improved environmental outcomes from wastewater and stormwater networks.

We are asked by the Establishment Team to act as the subject matter expert and provide independent advice on the design and staffing of finance and corporate functions for the new agency.
