National Library’s Te Puna Services is a collection of online tools and services which support Libraries around NZ with their daily tasks of searching, cataloguing, managing collections and sharing resources. Te Puna services are only available to member libraries, which pay an annual subscription fee for the services. In this project we were asked to review the existing model for calculating fees.
