Stewardship and financial sustainability

We acted as an independent advisor in the establishment phase of a stewardship and sustainability programme. The scope of this programme included the ability to meet financial pressures in the short to medium term and the efficiency and effectiveness of investment decisions, internal operating settings and future service delivery models.
