Training Review

Following a significant change process in a national organisation, an independent ‘state of play’ review of training was required. The key focus areas were the number of staff being trained, resources committed to training activities, drivers of demand, training data and attendee recording.

This review identified four training streams and four key drivers of demand for training.   Opportunities to improve the focus of training, ways to match supply and demand more closely, and improvements to training data were identified.  This provided a clearer picture of what was happening, how overall performance could be improved, and the value of training to the organisation.
