A welcome longer-term approach to investment planning

Long Term Investment Plans (LTIPs) identify whether strategic objectives can be funded from within forecast resources, and the timing and amount of any additional capital and/or operating required. We worked with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Business, Innovation and Employment, Education and Social Development to develop their first LTIPs.

LTIPs are unique to each agency and prompt strategic conversations around service delivery, operating models and funding.
