Business case assurance

Gaining Board support for new initiatives can be difficult if the impact of existing capital commitments is uncertain or unclear. We worked with our client to present the current capital plan in a way that provided assurance that a new business case could be funded from within existing reserves.

An independent viewpoint added weight to the assessment, providing the Board with the assurance needed before a new commitment could be made.
