Design costing and benefits validation

Developing a business case is fine, but how do sponsors make sure benefits identified can be tracked and delivered? Immigration New Zealand identified detailed organisational design and process changes following the approval of a business case to consolidate its global office network, rationalise the Visa Services structure, and realise processing efficiencies.

We were asked to cost the proposed organisational design, validate the benefits and develop benefit targets for the 2020 programme.
