Improving building consenting processes

The quality of strategic thinking in the initial stages of developing a business case has a big impact on the final outcome. MBIE asked us to manage the development of an Indicative Business Case (IBC) for improvements to building consent processes.

This included the Investment Logic Map, writing the business case document and fostering central agency support. Intensive work at the outset made sure the IBC was completed successfully within a tight timeframe.
