Reporting issues in wind-up of a government agency

Closure of a high-profile agency with a significant level of public interest can raise unique reporting issues. We were asked to help identify and manage the risks involved in producing a final annual report for the agency.

This required a careful review and framing of progress against non-financial performance targets in addition to an overview of technical accounting measurement issues.
