Strategic review of cash position and assessment rating

For at least a decade, the core public sector has been subject to strong incentives to take a short-term approach in the application of capital. But what happens when this approach runs out of puff? We provided an independent assessment for the Ministry of Social Development of its capital position grounded in the context of capital management in the wider public sector.

This assessment became the central storyline in the strategic discussions that supported the development of MSD’s first long-term investment plan (LTIP).
